MERCER 2017 ASIA TOTAL REWARDS CONFERENCE INFORMATION
REGISTRATION The Mercer registration desk is located in the Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre Ballrooms 1 – 2 foyer on level 5 of the hotel. Registration is open throughout the Conference for you to collect your badge. Mercer Staff will be available at the desk if you have any questions or require assistance during the Conference. DINING FUNCTIONS DURING THE CONFERENCE Lunch will take place on both days in the Shanghai City Bistro Dining Room located on level 3 in the noon, 11:55 am to 13:00 pm in the first day, 12:10 am to 13:10 am in the second day. Please come back to Ballrooms 1 – 2 on time when you finish the lunch. HOTEL CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Hotel check-in time is 14:00 on day of arrival and check-out time is 12:00 noon on day of departure. MOBILE PHONES As a courtesy to conference attendees and speakers, please switch your mobile device to silent while the conference is in session. GETTING THERE The Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre is accessible via various modes of transportation available to and from the Shanghai Airports, such as taxi and the subway.
