Stan Feng leads Mercer China’s M&A advisory business. Prior to relocating to China in 2004, Stan had been with Mercer’s Boston office for close to 10 years. During his tenure with Mercer US, he worked with Mercer’s colleagues globally in assisting multinationals on a wide range of human resources issues.
Stan has extensive experience in the area of HR plan design, funding and accounting, and he has been involved in many projects in designing, analyzing and benchmarking and harmonizing HR programs. He has consulted many Fortune 500 companies as well as large Chinese companies.
During the past 5 years, he has worked on over 100 transactions, including greenfield investments, acquisitions, JVs, divestitures / carve-outs, for both financial and strategic investors, and covering entire deal cycle, from due diligence, closing support (e.g., employee transfer / communication, HR stand-up, etc.), and post merger integration.
Stan received an MBA from Georgetown University, and has also completed executive program in M&A from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania. He is the co-author of the book “Cross Border M&A: A Guide to HR Management”.

A partner in the firm, Godelieve van Dooren is Mercer's regional industry leader for Asia-Pacific focusing on High Tech and Consumer Goods / Retail as well as Mercer's Benefits Products & Services.
She leads several industry forums comprising of leading High Tech, eCommerce/Internet, FMCG and Retail companies and serves as the regional account manager for large Consumer Goods and High Tech accounts across MMC.
Godelieve also leads Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for Mercer for the ASEAN countries and supports organizations in implementing D&I policies in the region.
From 2013 to 2016 she led Mercer's insights and products business across 8 countries in ASEAN, and also served as the Mercer Malaysia country manager.

Godelieve also leads Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for Mercer for the ASEAN countries and supports organizations in implementing D&I policies in the region.
From 2013 to 2016 she led Mercer's insights and products business across 8 countries in ASEAN, and also served as the Mercer Malaysia country manager.
She started up Mercer's Asia Pacific Employee Benefits products line in 2008 and is responsible for expanding Mercer's benefits surveys and related benchmarking and benefits valuation consulting across the region.
Before joining Mercer in 2007, Godelieve worked as a senior human resources consultant with Ernst & Young in the Netherlands, specializing in benefits design and consulting. She has led many projects for multinational companies on HR issues concerning human resource strategies, performance management and development of reward schemes focusing on (flexible) benefits plans.
Godelieve holds a MA in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Wing Wang

Wing Wang is a Senior Consulting Manager from Mercer Information Solutions team with expertise in Global Mobility, supporting China market with a focus on East China and Guangzhou.
She has extensive consulting and hands-on operational experience in Global Mobility. She has led projects in Global Mobility Policy Design, Policy Review, Cross-culture Training as well as International Workforce Management.
Before joining Mercer, Wing has been working for international company as Global Mobility Manager serving as subject matter expert on China Outbound Mobility, China & Asia Global Mobility activities and China Domestic Relocation. She also worked in Big 4 firm as Tax Consultant providing individual tax consulting and compliance services, and thereby gained solid knowledge about tax as well as mobility practice.

In addition, she had five years of experience in R&D and project management in TMT industry.
