Bravery has expertise in people strategy, talent management, assessment/leadership development and HR process design. She has held office and market leadership positions in multiple countries.Prior to her current role, she was the growth market regional practice leader for the talent strategy business.

Kate is a UK Chartered Occupational Psychologist with an MBA and an MSc. in Organizational Psychology.

Kate has 2 young children and lives with her family in the vibrant city of Hong Kong.

Mario Ferraro

Mario Ferraro
Global Mobility Leader for Asia Middle East and Africa, Mercer

Mario leads Mercer’s Mobility practice for Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. He is an experienced and dynamic leader with more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of effective global mobility solutions.

Mario’s experience in global mobility started in 1987, with the British Council. He has since held global and regional roles at Logica International, PWC, International SOS, and Deloitte. Mario’s professional experience was developed in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, where he has lived since 1998.

Mario is widely recognized as a thought leader in global mobility and regularly contributes to conferences, articles, and media interviews. He actively contributed to the strategies of Worldwide ERC, where he served on the board of directors and as chairman of their Asia Pacific Committee. Mario trained many of today’s top mobility professionals and has received several recognitions and awards, including the first “Asia Pacific Global Mobility Professional of the Year” award by the Forum for Expatriate Management in 2013.

Kim Fravil

Kim Fravil
Team Leader, Mercer | Sirota

Kim is the Team Leader for Mercer | Sirota's Employee Engagement Growth Markets regional team based in Singapore where she manages business development, client relationships, as well as advising clients on analysis. She leads the Growth Markets team responsible for deploying employee survey research and assessment interventions including employee engagement, culture studies, leadership assessments, EVP and linkage research. She works with clients to design survey instruments, plan research, conduct statistical analyses, craft the data-based narrative, and present executive-level findings and recommendations.

She brings a significant range of skills and experience in the areas of social research including a deep understanding to digital media measurement (for customers), qualitative approaches and survey techniques. Kim's notable strengths include:
– Strong understanding of research in both customer and employee space
– Operational and process expert – in previous roles she was ISO 20252 Quality Manager
– Trained facilitator for Innovation and Action Planning workshops

During her 20+ year career, Kim has held a number of Director level roles at research agencies in the USA, Australia, Thailand and Singapore. More recently Kim was the Director for IPSOS Thailand's Loyalty Unit, responsible for customer and employee research, and Managing Director for ABN Impact Thailand, before relocating to Singapore.

Tom Ho

Tom Ho

Tom Ho is a Senior Principal Consultant at Mercer. He worked as HRBS China Leader prior to the merger between Mercer and HRBS.

He has led numerous HR consulting projects and has unique and deep understanding about the HR management and C&B dynamics in APAC.

Before joining Mercer, Tom has 14 years of consulting experience in HRBS in C&B Structure and Job/Salary Grading Design, Sales Incentive Scheme Review, Foreigner Asia-Pacific Remuneration Plan Design and Localization Policy, CEO/Top Executive Benchmarking and Compensation Package Design, Long-term Incentive Scheme Review and Design, etc.

Tom also worked as Asia-Pacific Executive Pay Survey Leader, Asia-Pacific Employee Benefits Survey Leader and Asia-Pacific Luxury Goods Retail Industry Compensation & Benefits Survey Co-Leader, etc.

Maria Hui

Maria Hui
HR Director, Microsoft

As director of Human Resources at Microsoft Hong Kong, Maria oversees the day-to-day operations of all people-related programs to support the business transformation and growth. Her expertise lies across different aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, program design and execution, capability development and leadership development.

Maria started her career as a management consultant in PwC Consulting, which was later acquired by IBM. Her domain focus was on big data and analytics. She gained a reputation for her skills in project management and business analytics. She made a shift in her career to become an HR business partner. Her dedication to client success and the ability to innovatively design and execute transformation projects have helped get the workforce ready for a new business direction. Over the years, she has taken up various leadership positions in HR, including executive compensation leader and regional HR partner leader roles.

Maria earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, with a double major in Information Systems and Finance, from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She also holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Robert Koepp

Robert Koepp

Robert Koepp is the Hong Kong-based director of The Economist Corporate Network. He brings hands-on executive experience coupled with economic analysis and industry insight to help organizational leaders and their teams gain a holistic, practical appreciation of the opportunities and challenges in China and across other key Asian economies.

Rob began his career in the IT and energy sectors before branching into economic research, finance, and strategic advisory also covering the media, agribusiness, healthcare, consumer goods, and sports sectors. He has held senior positions as a manager or consultant to companies and government agencies in the US, Singapore, Japan, and China.

Rob speaks, reads, and writes English, Chinese, and Japanese. He frequently appears on televised Chinese current affairs programs as an expert commentator. In addition to numerous contributed articles and spoken opinion, he has authored Clusters of Creativity: Enduring Lessons on Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Silicon Valley and Europe's Silicon Fen (Wiley, 2002) and Betting on China: Chinese Stocks, American Stock Markets, and the Wagers on a New Dynamic in Global Capitalism (Wiley, 2012). The 2013 Chinese version of Betting ,《赌注中国》, rose to number one in sales on amazon.cn in the category of Finance and Economics.

Rob regularly presents to clients of The Economist Corporate Network, and is available to chair, moderate, or speak at events in English, Chinese (Mandarin), or Japanese.

Rob received a BA in Asian Studies from Pomona College (where he was a Truman Scholar and Thomas J. Watson Fellow) and holds an MBA from Cambridge University (Magdalene College, Judge Business School).

Jackson is Mercer's Practice Leader for Talent Strategy in the AMEA (Asia, Middle East, Africa) Region. He is based in Mercer's Hong Kong office.

Jackson has over 20 years of experience in strategy and HR consulting. He has been playing the role of senior advisor to more than 50 leading companies in 10+ countries, covering both strategy development and hands-on implementation.

Jackson is known for his expertise in strategy, rewards, talent management and organization performance. He has extensive experience in formulating talent strategy for companies in the region, and has advised many clients on issues such as people strategy, rewards and incentive, organization design, organization transformation, KPI / performance management, career management, workforce planning and analytics, talent acquisition / retention, and talent assessment / development.

Jackson is also a regular conference speaker on HR and organizational issues, and has spoken in numerous conferences in the last few years. He also puslishes thought leadership articles regularly.

Hans has over 20 years of senior consulting experience in the area of executive and broad-based compensation in Asia. He has developed long-term advisory relationships with leading companies in the region, and he continues to serve many of these organizations on an on-going basis.

As a professional advisor, he provides public and private companies with information, solutions and insights on executive compensation and corporate governance issues. He combines broad-ranging business advice and insights at the Board level with qualified technical expertise in the areas of annual and long-term incentive plan design. He has launched and published region-wide executive compensation benchmarking studies and conducted research projects in incentive compensation, international assignment policies, and director remuneration and corporate governance.

Lelia Konyn

Lelia Konyn

Lelia brings 25 years' international and Asia Pacific business and HR experience, the last 10 of which in global roles. Lelia is now performing as a Head of HR & Corporate Affairs at Shun Shing Group in strategy, brand project, talent and leadership. Prior to SSG, she was a Group HR Director at Noble Group (SGX:N21), she played a key role in the group's accelerated growth and transformation into a global multinational with operations in 38 countries and over 15,000 employees.

As Senior Executive Committee Member and Executive Vice President HR at DFS Group (LVMH.PA), Lelia contributed to strategy development in China, Europe and South America, drove communications, talent and organization capability. More recently, as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief HR Officer at Rediscovered Ltd., Lelia acquired talent, professionalized the organization, and developed product and branding.

She served on the International Advisory Council of Schulich Business School, York University, Toronto, Canada, and is Chairwoman of IOBM.

Lelia holds a degree in International Relations and East Asia Studies (China) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and completed management courses at INSEAD and IMD. She also holds a Non-Executive Director Diploma from Financial Times, and speaks 7 languages.

Siddharth Mehta

Siddharth Mehta
Practice Leader, Workforce Planning & Analytics, ASEAN, Mercer

Sid has a multi-dimensional HR and business leadership experience that spans across the corporate and consulting environments in India, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. He started his career in compensation consulting with the Indian operations of a global HR consulting firm that culminated with him being the Practice Leader of their Australian business in 2006.

Sid was then attracted to join a leadership team that was being brought together to transform a USD 20 billion large global high-technology company with 120,000 employees in Asia. He spent five years between 2006-2011 in multiple capacities to contribute to the professionalization of the HR function in Flextronics. His first assignment as the Asia-Pac leader for the Total Rewards function was to establish the infrastructure to drive market based and performance related pay decisions in 25 business units with highly varied pay systems across 8 countries in Asia. He successfully engaged with several business and HR stakeholders to not only own the new system but also participate in its design to embed a sustainable operational model. His next assignment as the Global HR-Business partner involved the integration of a German acquisition that spanned across US, Brazil, China and Malaysia. He was instrumental in supporting the integration team to achieve the synergy targets with little disruption to the existing business. And in his last role with the company, Sid in his capacity as the Total Rewards & HR Operations leader, drove the large scale implementation of WorkDay across 16 Asian countries in 9 months.

In 2011, Sid took on the business leadership role for a global HR Consulting firm and turned around their Singapore business in three years. Under his leadership the business experienced a revenue growth of 35% and profitability growth of 50%. In 2014 he took a 10-months sabbatical to gain experience and technical knowledge to apply data science to workforce solutions. He is passionate about making the HR function more evidence-based.

Siddharth holds a Masters in Business Analytics from the Stern School of Business in New York University, an MBA from Pune University, India and a First class in B.Sc. Honors – Mathematical Statistics from Hindu College, Delhi University, India.

Katie Potter

Katie Potter
Regional EH&B Associate Director, Mercer

Katie is a Senior Consultant in the Hong Kong Regional EH&B team. Before moving to Hong Kong in 2014, she worked as a consultant in the UK International Consulting Group (ICG) where she delivered a range of employee benefit-related consultancy, focusing on Total Rewards, Global Benefits Management and multi-country benefit audits.

Her work involves leading client relationships on regional and global accounts, coordinating insured benefits renewals and project implementation. Along with consultancy work, Katie has delivered external presentations on benefit-related topics, including speaking at Mercer's International Pension and Benefits Forum in London.

Katie holds a Master of Arts (MA Hons) in Geography from the University of St Andrews.

Lisa is CEO for Mercer in Hong Kong and Asia, and she is also the Chairman for Marsh & McLennan Companies in Hong Kong.

Lisa brings more than 20 years of experience in markets of varying maturity and geographic locations. She is focused on bringing the best of Mercer's capabilities in advancing the health, wealth and career of the most vital asset of our clients in Asia — their people.

Prior to Mercer, Lisa worked at Zurich in a variety of positions, starting as the Deputy Head of Life Protection for Global Life Asia Pacific and Middle East region with full P&L responsibilities and then later serving as the Head of Proposition Management and Development for Zurich Topas Life, Indonesia and Zurich Life Singapore.

Earlier in her career, Lisa was Deputy Chief Actuary and Vice President for Worldwide Accident and Health for AIG Life Companies; Regional Actuary and Associate Vice President for AIU Accident and Health SEA and Greater China Region; and Assistant Actuary for Liberty Mutual Group in Boston (USA).

Puneet is an experienced facilitator and instructional designer and designs and delivers HR workshops and training for clients.

Prior to joining Mercer, he worked with Hewitt Associates, where he headed its broad-based rewards practice for SEA. Puneet also worked with ABN AMRO Bank in the United Arab Emirates, where he was head of HR for ABN's Consumer and Private Banking Business.

In his position as Chief Human Resources Officer for Asia Pacific, Regan Taikitsadaporn leads the human resources function for one of Marriott International's fastest growing region. His responsibilities include developing, formulating and implementing human resources strategies to support Asia Pacific's current priorities and future growth.

He has celebrated seventeen years with Marriott International and has worked with the company in Thailand, United States and Hong Kong. Prior to assuming the Chief Human Resources Officer role, he served in various leadership position including Director of Human Resources, Area Director of Human Resources, Sr. Director – Program Management, and Regional Vice President - Human Resources Operations. Before joining Marriott International, Regan worked for Minor International and Sheraton Hotels in Thailand.

Regan received his Bachelor's Degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, and completed his Masters of Management Degree in a joint program between Northwestern University and University of Pennsylvania in the United States, and Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.

Godelieve van Dooren

Godelieve van Dooren

A senior principal in the firm, Godelieve van Dooren is Mercer's regional industry leader for Asia-Pacific focusing on High Tech and Consumer Goods / Retail as well as Mercer's Benefits Products & Services.

She leads several industry forums comprising of leading High Tech, eCommerce/Internet, FMCG and Retail companies and serves as the regional account manager for large Consumer Goods and High Tech accounts across MMC.

Godelieve also leads Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for Mercer for the ASEAN countries and supports organizations in implementing D&I policies in the region.

From 2013 to 2016 she led Mercer's insights and products business across 8 countries in ASEAN, and also served as the Mercer Malaysia country manager.

She started up Mercer's Asia Pacific Employee Benefits products line in 2008 and is responsible for expanding Mercer's benefits surveys and related benchmarking and benefits valuation consulting across the region.

Before joining Mercer in 2007, Godelieve worked as a senior human resources consultant with Ernst & Young in the Netherlands, specializing in benefits design and consulting. She has led many projects for multinational companies on HR issues concerning human resource strategies, performance management and development of reward schemes focusing on (flexible) benefits plans.

Godelieve holds a MA in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Billy Wong

Billy Wong
Wealth Leader — Hong Kong, China and Korea, Mercer

Billy is the Wealth Leader for Mercer in Hong Kong, China and Korea, and is responsible for driving profitable growth of wealth business, including bringing innovative and customer centric solutions to the markets, ensuring the best delivery of clients experience and driving effective collaboration across operations.

He is an actuary and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with close to 20 years of professional experience in the retirement and benefits space. Prior to joining Mercer, he was the Head of the China business of Sun Life Asia overseeing the China joint ventures. Billy also held the role of CEO of Sun Life Trustee Company and Vice President for Institutional Business at Sun Life Hong Kong. He managed the growth of the pension business in Hong Kong and developed new products, such as the first RMB-focused fund and the first FTSE HK Index-based fund in the MPF market.

Billy was the President for the Actuarial Society of Hong Kong in 2014. He is also an executive committee member of Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Associations and serves as the member of the examination panel for the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong.
