About The Danish Benefits Survey Benefits can play a significant role in the attraction and retention of talent. This survey analyzes Danish incentive programs and practices regarding benefits, and is used as a professional tool to get a clear and detailed insight into the Danish market.
Data for the survey is collected through a detailed online questionnaire distributed to all interested companies, which include Danish companies but also subsidiaries of multinational organizations.
This year the survey language has changed from Danish to English to allow international HR professionals and clients to participate and benefit from the report.

participation A large group of organizations participates every year. Companies that have participated before will receive their data collection questionnaires pre-populated with their answers from 2015 or 2016 to minimize time spent on updating the data.
Data collection is open from April 20 until July 12 2017.
Price The 2017 report will be released in August and participant price is DKK 6.000,-. For non-participants, the price for the report is DKK 12.000,-.
If you choose to participate in the survey for the first time in 2017, as well as purchase the 2017 survey report, you will receive the 2016 report free of charge when you pre-order the 2017 report.
