About The Event
The Post Survey Meeting is divided into two sessions, a morning session (09:00 - 12:00) and an afternoon session (13:00 - 14:30). With lunch served between the two sessions
For the morning session we will focus on how Mercer’s TRS results can help organizations prepare for the future of work and develop a rewards strategy that will enable employees and organizations to thrive. We will also discuss the context around the survey results, data insights and trends, as well as forecasts for the year ahead and provide you with an overview of the Mercer Job Library and what benefits it brings.
The afternoon session will be a dedicated session to showcase the main functionalities of Mercer WIN®.
